You can process your invoices for yourself with our optical invoice scanning for .50 an invoice. – Or we can do it for you for .90 per invoice.
We electronically integrate with many top suppliers. Integration services are $25. You can order from recipe costing or your integrated supplier’s website and all your inventory levels and pricing are updated; we create automatic purchase orders with supplier item costs history within recipe costing as well.
For all non-integrated suppliers we suggest Invoice scanning to create the same results.

With our Invoice Scanning application you grab an invoice, take a picture of that invoice , it then uploads to your recipe costing account and like magic appears in your account where you can verify the invoice then all the received stock gets added to your inventory and all pricing is updated. We can also do this process through an email from your supplier with the same process.

If you want to verify your invoices on your own, we charge .75 per page that is uploaded.
If you would like us to verify your invoices for you we charge $1.75 per page and we have a 48 hour turnaround time.
